Train travel
The Adirondack route
offered by Amtrak and generally runs once a day, every day, in each
direction. The northbound train leaves Penn Station (New York City) early in
the morning and arrives in Westport, NY (approximately 45 minutes from our
property) in 8 or so hours.
Read more about this route, which is an
excellent option for guests wanting scenic views and a relaxing ride. Once
you arrive at the Westport train station, a shuttle can be arranged, at an
extra cost, to bring you to our property.
Commercial
Flights
The
Adirondack Regional Airport
provides access to and from the beautiful Adirondack Mountains of Northern
New York and it is just 15 minutes from our property. Daily commercial
service to and from Logan International in Boston, MA is provided by Cape
Air.
Private Flights
You are more than welcome to
fly-in and land directly on our lake! If you choose to do so, please contact
us directly to map out your flight pattern.
You can also fly into the Lake Placid
Airport (AIRNAV: KLKP) which provides hangar service by the day,
week or more.
