Reservations can be made by following these simple steps:
Step 1: check availability through the online availability calendar
Step 2: after completing a request via the online availability calendar, your reservation request will automatically be sent to the property manager
Step 3: upon confirmation by our property manager, you will be instructed to secure your reservation by sending a booking deposit of 50% of the rental rate in the form of cash, check, traveler's check or money order (credit cards are not accepted). Do NOT send a deposit until instructed to do so by our property manager. Reservations are NOT guaranteed until the booking deposit is received.

Upon Arrival: the remaining rental balance and security deposit will be due. Note: Camps Marnie and Melissa do not require a security deposit. If reservation includes a pet, a non-refundable pet fee of $50 will also be due. Guests cannot check in until the balance due is paid. If a reservation must be cancelled, please see cancellation policy to the right.


A security deposit of $250 applies to all rentals with the exception of Camps Marnie and Melissa. It Is refundable provided the cabin / rental is left the way you found it. There is also a non-refundable pet deposit, as applicable; please see pet policies

Please note:
-There is NO maid service except at the Wood Duck In - the cabins offered are housekeeping cabins
-Cabins and the lean-to are clean when guests arrive and must be left clean upon departure
-Smoking is not allowed in the cabins / rentals


Reservations are based on a first come, first served basis. Three rentals are available for rental throughout the year (Wood Duck In, Camp Adelle and Camp Victor) whereas the remaining cabins and lean-to are open in the summer. The cabins fill up quickly so we suggest we make your plans early.


We are a small, family run business. We keep things simple and try to keep our costs low by not taking credit cards. Payment is accepted in the form of personal check, traveler's check, cash or money order.
