The following pet policy applies
only to Cochran's Cabins. Kiwassa Lake Bed & Breakfast does not allow
pets during your stay.

We
look forward to welcoming you and your pet to our tranquil and secluded
space. We pride ourselves the the property is peaceful and relaxing
and we ask our guests to help maintain the serenity.
Pet Reservation
All pets must be accounted for at the time of your
reservation.
There is a
non-refundable pet fee per pet of $50. It is unacceptable to
arrive without previous permission for your pet. Any misrepresentation of facts will void any
arrangements heretofore made.
Pets
CANNOT be left alone in the cabin
When you leave the cabin, your dog must go
with you. Your pet will be in an unfamiliar environment
which requires reassurance and comfort - as any child would. Guests who leave their dogs unattended
will be
asked to leave and will forfeit any monies, including deposit, paid for
the remaining duration of the reservation..
Pet sitting
services
for pet sitting can be arranged - feel
free to ask at the time of your reservation.
Leashing is Required
All
dogs must be on a leash when outside of the cabin. Many of our
guests have pets and dogs can be very territorial when in an
unfamiliar environment. They need to be controlled by their owners in
order to ensure safety.
Pets are not allowed on
any cabin furniture
Cleaning fees will be assessed if it is
determined that pets have been allowed to romp and roll on the
furniture. Sorry.
Unnecessary barking
is disallowed
Noise travels very clearly across open waters. Please try to help others
enjoy the serenity as well.
Guests
must clean up after their pets
Please
clean up after your dog - no one likes to have a foul odor emitting
from the bottom of their shoe.
