This newly built, expansive, light and bright one room studio carriage house is located amidst the Kiwassa Maples and features knotty pine interior and hardwood floors. This second floor, year-round rental is on the Kiwassa Outlet which has access to over over 25 miles of waterways through the Saranac Chain of Lakes.

Dock with docking space (for canoe or small boat); rowboat included in rental.

Living area  has a sofa, coffee table, reading lamp and radio.

Kitchenette and dining area includes a microwave, dorm style refrigerator, coffeemaker, toaster oven, hot/cold running water, sink and stainless steel cooking utensils/flatware and dishes (service for 3), dining table  with chairs.

The Bathroom has a toilet, sink and glass corner shower stall including fresh towels for your stay.

The Bedroom area has a king size bed including fresh linens for your stay.

Check-in 2pm, check-out 10am
