The Wood Duck Inn is a nearly new 800 square foot rustic carriage house apartment overlooking the Kiwassa Outlet to Saranac Lake, providing access to over 25 miles of waterways through the Saranac Chain of Lakes.

This is a secluded, private location separate from the owner's home.

This spacious nicely furnished apartment has a king size bed and a double hide a bed sofa with linens provided, a kitchenette and a charcoal grill. The bathroom has a toilet, a sink, and vanity, a glass corner shower stall and fresh towels.

Guests of the Wood Duck In can boat from Kiwassa Outlet up to 23 miles of waterways through nearby Oseetah Lake and beyond. Guests may use the antique wood canoe and rowboat during their stay, as well as the lean-to and fire pit located on the waterfront.

Docking space is available for a canoe or small boat.

A modest bird sanctuary is maintained on the property and the waterfront is often alive with seasonal waterfowl.
